With a view of the town but in a quiet and central position, you will find everything you require in the immediate vicinity: shops, supermarkets which will make deliveries to your boat, inviting boutiques, cafés, excellent restaurants and the best discotheques in Ibiza.  The nearest sandy beach is only 200 m away.  Playgrounds, well-tended parks and the daily market round off the offer in Ibiza, which has kept its traditional image and original flair.  Both on the coast as well as inland you will find natural scenery and the genuine unmistakeable atmosphere of Ibenco hospitalilty. 

Mainly influenced by warm, constant  south westerly winds, Ibiza is the ideal round-the-year sailing area in contrast to Majorca, which very often has to suffer from being too windless and still, or from the strong northern "Tramontana" from the Gulf of Lion.  From Ibiza, Majorca, Menorca and the Spanish mainland are easy to reach.  For one-week sailing trips a cruise around Ibiza and Formentera with the "Blue Lagoon" and other numerous attractive anchorages in the many calas (bays) are to be recommended.  For night owls Ibiza has, of course, much, much more to offer!  For those who like it a little "wild " now and again, extensive day and night strolls through Eivissa (Ibiza town) should be included
